  2.                --- README FILE FOR TURNKEY 3.1 ---

  4. Turnkey 3.1 comes in 3 different flavors:
  5.  
  6. The Personal Version -       Create a custom set of menus for your PC.
  7.  
  8. The Menu Builder's Version - Create a custom set of menus for your PC, then
  9.                              distribute a run-only version of your menus to
  10.                              up to 100 other PCs.
  11.  
  12. The Demo Version -           Try out Turnkey before deciding to buy.
  13.  
  14.  
  15. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
  16.  
  17. IBM-compatible microcomputer with 256K memory running DOS 2.0 or later,
  18. and a hard disk.
  19.

  21. INSTALLATION
  22.  
  23. Type                INSTALL [directory-name]
  24. where [directory-name] is the directory where Turnkey will be installed.
  25. If the directory name is omitted, Turnkey will be installed to \Turnkey3.

  28. LIST OF FILES ON THIS DISKETTE

  30. INSTALL  BAT   Turnkey installation program - run this first
  31. README         List of files on this diskette, and order form
  32. TK31     PGM   Turnkey 3.1 Program - must be installed on your hard
  33.                disk (by using INSTALL) before you can use it.
  34.  
  35. Several other files are created by the installation process.  They are all
  36. placed in the directory you specify during the installation process.
  37. However, two files, one called TK3.BAT and the other called TKEDITOR.BAT,
  38. are placed under the root directory.
